What is NORBSA?
The National Off-Road Bicycle Safety Association (NORBSA) is the emerging authority for off-road e-bike and mountain bike safety, skills, and instructor certification. Presently, no single US organization provides nationally standardized, certified off-road bicycle rider training. Our goal is to change that with a national off-road bicycle certification program that covers:
- off-road bicycle handling
- off-road E-bike safety
- technical terrain riding
- off-road risk management
- instructor credentialing
